Options and Additional Services
Service Installation: $150
Our field technicians will test signal quality and install an outdoor antenna/radio unit, run cable into the building and connect a wireless router. Additional per/hour fees may apply for unusually long cable runs or non-standard installations.
Installation Fee can be paid in 3 equal installments or over 2 years with a 2-year contract. Ask us about these options.
Wireless router: $150
Need a router? We have them in stock. First standard router is included with the installation fee. This is the price if you need to buy a new one from us or if you need a mesh network to cover a larger home or office.
Connection Protection: $10/mo
Optional equipment replacement coverage. If we installed it, it's covered, including the labor charge. Does not cover customer's own equipment. Residential accounts only
Service Suspension
Residential accounts have the option of suspending service for up to 2 months each calendar year. Note that WiFi-connected devices will not work if service is suspended.
Service calls: $100/hour
If we have to roll a truck, this is the labor charge. Most technical issues can be resolved by phone (which is free, free, free!).
Managed Router Service
Get the very best router and support available. Avoid truck rolls with amazing remote support for only $9 per month.
