Frequently Asked Questions

Fixed wireless Internet service is delivered via wireless signal from a nearby tower to an antenna on your building. No satellites involved! Depending on your distance from the tower and whether there is line-of-sight between the tower and your home, we can offer different connection speeds at different locations.

To reboot the radio on the outside of the building, find the small power device attached to the Ethernet cable coming out of the interior wall. Unplug the power cord attached to this device (PoE), wait 10 seconds, then replug. Do the same with the power cord on the wireless router. This often solves connectivity issues.

Yes, we are pleased to offer lower-cost options to those who qualify.  Contact us for more information.

Just call us at 715-301-0600, ext 105.  Or send us an email if the issue isn't as urgent.  We always recommend rebooting your fixed wireless equipment (see above) or the router on fiber connections before calling.
