Customer Account Portal
The Customer Account Portal allows SonicNet customers to pay their bills online and change their service and billing addresses.
Login instructions: Refer to your recent SonicNet invoice for your user name and customer number. The first time you log into the portal, you will need to enter your user name (looks like this on the invoice: username@portal.us) as well as the four-digit version of your customer number (see top of invoice). If your customer number is 78, your assigned portal password is 0078.
The first time you log into the portal, please change your password to something easy for you to remember. This password will be unknown to anyone but yourself; please keep it in a safe, secure place for future reference as necessary. No one at SonicNet will be able to retrieve this password, however SonicNet staff can assign a new password in the future if needed.
